Purpose

• Digital diagnosis – The first step of this digital renewal process will be to turn to an Innovation Manager capable of analyzing the digital scenario of Top Consulting & Services. The digital diagnosis will be based on an analysis of the company structures and processes, with particular attention to the digitalization of activities. The objective will be to identify the strengths and areas for improvement in the adoption of digital tools and technologies. The analysis will concern the assessment of the digital infrastructures and technological platforms currently owned by the company, correlated with the workflows and operational processes of the personnel involved, guiding the choice toward solutions capable of offering a more efficient and effective capacity for internal (among employees) and external (with customers) collaboration, an increase in the speed of execution of business processes, an optimization of costs, greater customer satisfaction, greater security in operations, but also a reduction of environmental impact, in terms of energy consumed and CO2 produced.

• Digital workplace – The intervention will be characterized by the setup of 3 digital workplaces featuring the following services: 

• Personal productivity software that can ensure adequate performance for flexible and remote work
• Digital communication systems
•  Systems for shared document management
•  Digital signature software and legally compliant archiving software
• Professional ICT services supporting the intervention

• Digital Commerce & Engagement 

Top Consulting & Services knows very well the importance of always having direct contact with its customers and the importance of having a platform capable of managing and optimizing not only the online purchasing experience but also interaction with customers across different digital channels and through the collection and analysis of data and automated communication systems. • Cloud Computing

Migrating from on-premises solutions to cloud infrastructures offers numerous advantages in terms of scalability, security, operational management and, last but not least, costs. Cloud solutions in fact allow IT resources to be increased or reduced quickly based on business needs, avoiding high initial investments and optimizing the use of infrastructures. From a security perspective, the main cloud providers offer advanced data protection solutions, such as encryption, automatic backups and disaster recovery systems, reducing the risk of loss or compromise of information. The cloud reduces the workload for internal IT teams, as updating, maintenance and infrastructure management are entrusted to the provider, guaranteeing a service that is always up-to-date and high-performing; moreover, flexibility and accessibility make it possible to access data and applications from any location and device, enabling remote work and improving collaboration among company teams. Finally, through a cloud infrastructure a company is able to eliminate the costs of purchasing, maintaining and upgrading hardware, paying only for the resources actually used (in accordance with the pay-per-use model).

For these reasons, Top Consulting & Services has decided to migrate its applications to the cloud through the following Virtual Machines: Application Server, Database Server, Web Server, Database Back Up.

• Cyber security

Top Consulting & Services is interested in updating its digital security system. It will be the task of the Digital diagnosis to identify which of the solutions allowed in the Public Notice best fit the company’s needs, and in any case it will be a solution in line with what is indicated in Appendix 4 of the Public Notice:

• Purchase or rental of hardware associated with the provision of Cyber security functionalities such as, by way of example and not limited to:

• Firewalls
•  Gateways
•  Intrusion protection system
•  VPN gateways
•  hardware for backup and recovery
•  hardware authentication modules

• Purchase and maintenance of software under license or usage fee for cloud services associated with the intervention
•  Acquisition of managed security services (outsourcing)
